I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Good company, nowadays developing apart from depending on one customer and on Industry 4.0.

Dislikes

Only junior considering cost strategy. No hierarchy is maintained means a lead and GETs (less Engineer 1 or 2 level available) are working on execution of project. Management gives feedback as junior are better than senior eventhough senior are guiding, review, clearing doubts, involved in project management and execution.

Company has to conduct employee engagement activities regularly to build a relationship within the employees, which they fail to do so. During festive period like christmas or diwali, enlighting the work space could be better as decorating the entire work space and creating a positive vibe environment. The company is doing it but it feels like they are just doing it for a namesake.
