In JSW Steel There is no proper roads . Water pipes connects infrastructure when the rain will come all side will be water in plant specially in projects plants

No growth for employees who are working as L4 -L7 grade and there no promotion after 8 years and manager level employee not even ready to work in Feid & has no technical knowledge nor management they just taking reports for junior & reporting it to management and some false statements to cover their blunder and to correct themselves no leaves for employees & Over time with out any payment

JSW is one of the finest companies I have admired to work with. It gave me opportunities to learn about the specialisation I have in my Engineering diploma. My colleagues and senior managers are very knowledgeable and supportive, as whatever I know in my field by the help of my seniors. They always thought me as their younger brother.

Not that I know of, I mean for me it’s nothing. I am a very professional and productive person, so even if my seniors, managers put me under pressure or told me something that made me feel uncomfortable at the situation, I never felt bad about it as I knew whatever mistake or anything I had done at that time I was being scolded for my work. They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.

JSW has good townships whîch is offered to all employees. No struggle in terms of stay. Work gives us higher/better opportunities and image, as it is a integrated steel plant there is a lot to learn
