Sr Manager to GM should stay apto 3 year at one location one unit, after that they should transfer in other unit because no,s of AGM, Sr Manager increase hense difficiency of manpower in lower lable happen. So prevent this, transfer should be.

Job security is good enough here, if you are not done any unethical things then your job like government job.
