Job secure ,no matter what the environment be you can be in comfort zone...

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No growth,8-10 years once promotion and that depends upon grading system.if ur manager is good with you he can give you in 5 years ,if not 10 years you have to wait.company is worst with secure job.environment is toxic

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
