No growth for employees who are working as L4 -L7 grade and there no promotion after 8 years and manager level employee not even ready to work in Feid & has no technical knowledge nor management they just taking reports for junior & reporting it to management and some false statements to cover their blunder and to correct themselves no leaves for employees & Over time with out any payment

JSW is one of the finest companies I have admired to work with. It gave me opportunities to learn about the specialisation I have in my Engineering diploma. My colleagues and senior managers are very knowledgeable and supportive, as whatever I know in my field by the help of my seniors. They always thought me as their younger brother.

Not that I know of, I mean for me it’s nothing. I am a very professional and productive person, so even if my seniors, managers put me under pressure or told me something that made me feel uncomfortable at the situation, I never felt bad about it as I knew whatever mistake or anything I had done at that time I was being scolded for my work. Shifts A Shift Morning 6am - 2pm B shift - 2pm-10pm C shift - 10pm-6am Shift timings are normal but they will ask you to do 12 hrs duty. Combination of shits C+A, A+B, C and then B which you will get insufficient sleep
