Don't stay here for long time, you don't get proper compensation for your work ( especially DET's) , appraisals, hikes, promotions are not fair, flexible working timings, organisation is full with Northies...

The company is good for People who join on GET level, They get Good sallary as well as Working environment. But The growth is very slow.

Dislikes

In JSW the sallary is not based on your work ,only on how much production the department has done. And for DET level people it's not a good company,there is no growth,you need minimum 6 years to get promotion and increment is very less and in some dept politics may involve that is common. You can experience a worst manage, they don't care about you, just production. In covid situation handling company has done nothing. Worst management they forced employees to come duty ....Read More
