a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Job security as it is a PSU, work culture is not good, union and staffs co-operate less, Management always load off maximum work to sincere employees and others enjoy with the same benefits. As a non executive I can say that there is agood atmosphere of work, we can identify,alot of technical knowledge can be gained for freshly intern ships and employees too , modern equipment in expansion is a boon to the company. Such a great National asset

As the decision of the non strategic sector plan made by modi sarkar ,dragged THE RINL Future into deep hells. No captive mines, no raw material resources, no manpower recruiting, salaries paid too late, either cant expect when they would come, even death of employees see due to defaulters made by bankers. No growth for non executives, n staff to executive promotion policy Desolved, no hra for new comers. No promotion for executive post for diplomates joined after 2017, I aspired that one day I would become an executive being a local person, left alot of good opportunities for the sake of aspiration but no use.
