It's very good company. I hope no one competitor is there for this company in surrounding place. Facilities also good provided by the company. New projects New learnings New machineries we can grab knowledge here rather than other companies.

Dislikes

As there is no competitor for this company. It's very difficult to change the job. This is the only dislike I found here.

Work Details

Working is over all good. Will work in shifts so 8 hours working. Shifts will be alternate every week.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
