In JSW Steel There is no proper roads . Water pipes connects infrastructure when the rain will come all side will be water in plant specially in projects plants

Salary of an JE is too low than that of a GET , where the max nof of job attended by a JE Deduction is more than the annually increment. The canteen facility is too bad inside the plant.

No growth for employees who are working as L4 -L7 grade and there no promotion after 8 years and manager level employee not even ready to work in Feid & has no technical knowledge nor management they just taking reports for junior & reporting it to management and some false statements to cover their blunder and to correct themselves no leaves for employees & Over time with out any payment

The township, the way they celebrate the festival in the townships, the way they treat the Graduate Engineer trainees, the facilities they provide, the security they give will be so good.

Shifts A Shift Morning 6am - 2pm B shift - 2pm-10pm C shift - 10pm-6am Shift timings are normal but they will ask you to do 12 hrs duty. Combination of shits C+A, A+B, C and then B which you will get insufficient sleep

When world is moving towards 4 and 5 days, we are still pegged at 6 days working with absolutely no relief. Saturdays are full day working. There is no work-life balance

Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.
