Company is so called leading corporate culture, It is good that company has vision of hyper growth for it's volume but fully blind for it's employee compensation and promotion. JSW HR has zero power, HR policy fully controlled by high management. In name of cost cutting you can't get pages for print out. All HR policy are in hand offool sycophants with full of egos.
