Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Our shift starts at 10 pm however the sales VP who sit's in the Mumbai office asks us to join the call at 8 am itself. Some times he would call us out of office hrs at 12pm and ask us to share the sales report. When sales targets are not met he would insult us in front on PAN India team.
