Gym facility is there which helps you to keep motivated thats it.

Work culture and individual learning is not in environment. Growth is very slow. Partiality is very common factor in Grade system which affects your whole curriculum. Changes are not at all acceptable nor top leaders listens to your voice. Women safety is also matter of concern. New ideas and solutions not at all acceptable and implemented. You wont be appreciated ever for your work. No on job training for freshers. For IT-CSE people manufacturing industry is not the right choice....Read More

Work culture affected my health badly. Partiality happens. No women security given to employees. HR policies has not been changed since 2011. Nobody follows recruitment policy and this creates humiliation among your colleagues.

Part of a great JSW group. Company policies were great. The promoters did everything to make the organization grow. Very much supportive in all cases.

Majority of the top/senior management were not capable and they prioritised own interest before company's interest. Groupism existed and each of the groups had their followers from top management to ground level officers which led to creation of conflicts within the organization.
