Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Hard Rock Cafè India, owned By JSM Corporation. Platform is good but company running it is Pathetic. Very unprofessional.

Dislikes

Company is too careless with employees. Too many hidden company policies. Salary doesn't get credited on time. Company running HARD ROCK CAFE PUNE is too poor with employee management. No coordination with in their company.

Well not much but when I got my new offer I thought they would acknowledge my efforts for all these years and offer me a good jump but that didn’t happen as I would have loved to continue working for them
