Managers are really appreciative of your work, and the team is simply fabulous.

Dislikes

Your experience varies with the team that you are in. Promotions are opaque, you never know who gets promoted and why and ratings absolutely do not play any part into your bonus or hike at year-end. Especially with the new global operating model, things are not clear yet.
