In such circumstances salary is on time is the best part of the company. Environment is good in staff. But hod is not well, so u cant perform and exchange your idea.

Dislikes

There is no team work. No job security, we have to wirk straight for 12 hrs. The pressure is very high.managers do not value an individual.

Generally my work is outdoor work. I have to meet govt officers. When i start there is 5 projects is in company. And now there is only 1 project remain. Stratagy of work is not good. I keep working but manager not updated to hod

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
