There is nothing to be liked in this company, Top leaders managers are un educated and find hard to deal with mba graduates or experienced people because here employees have more exposure of industry compared to TLs who are working here for 7-8 years as this is their first job. Very less Growth in terms of Salary hike, people have got 4% - 8% hike after working here in a year. tls and sales head will directly abuse you and tl and managers support this kind of culture. They will disrespect your privacy and personal life. You will be not getting your own Paid leave and if you force fully take it you will be marked Lwp leave without pay. They will make you work for 12-14 hours in a day. Pay you very cheap And give good incentive plans but they wont pay you any incentive for 6-7 months. They only promote 1-2 good employees and tell everyone that be like them, do what they do eat what they eat so you will sell more. Alot of politics and managers are having personal affairs with their employees. Not a good place to work toxic culture and they dont have sample flats and have done terrible work in the last projects. Employee dont have confidence in their own product....Read More
