Good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management. There we have events at some other places with company policies. Good support from company about salary, hike, pramotion and yearly bonus for festival. We have total accomodation for living,food and cafeteria. We have yearly cricket matches like JPL ( joyalukkas premier league).
