The CSR Executive will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of the companys corporate social responsibility initiatives and sustainability efforts. The role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing community outreach programs, and driving key initiatives that align with the organizations values and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Management

• Assist in developing, implementing, and managing the CSR strategy and programs aligned with the companys core values, mission, and sustainability goals.
• Monitor and report on the progress of CSR projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.

Community Engagement & Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as NGOs, local communities, government bodies, and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with local organizations to identify and address social and environmental issues.
• Organize and participate in community engagement activities and CSR events.

Employee Engagement

• Promote employee participation in CSR initiatives and encourage volunteerism.
• Organize internal campaigns, awareness programs, and events related to social responsibility and sustainability.
• Foster a culture of corporate citizenship within the organization.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure CSR initiatives comply with local laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability regulations, and best practices.
• Assess the potential risks associated with CSR activities and manage them proactively.

Budget & Resource Management

• Assist in budgeting for CSR initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, or sponsorships for CSR projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• MSW/BSW/bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the same role with any reputed organization 
• Proven track record of managing CSR projects and initiatives, with a strong understanding of corporate governance, sustainability, and social responsibility.
• Experience in stakeholder management and building strategic partnerships.
