Job Profile - Team Lead (Software Developer)

• Working closely with the project leader to ensure system is well equipped and up to date with all the requirements and features.
• Discuss and analyse system requirements projects with the project leader and ensure the completion of the project within the given timeline with the support of team members
• Apply the state-of-the-art technology to deliver the projects
• Monitor the system logs and its outcome and discuss with the project leader to take a proactive action as and when required
• Perform UAT & SIT on the projects to ensure the outcome is according to the BRD
• Review the logs of the system on a periodic basis and report to the Manager Software immediately
• Report to the IT Manager in case of any unusual activity or system log

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions that meet the needs of the organization and its
• stakeholders.
• Designs, code, tests and implements programs from written requests. Evaluates security of software applications prior to implementation. Maintains knowledge of industry security vulnerabilities
• Working with department management, comprehensively evaluates current system use, estimate projected loading, reviews state of the art technologies, and recommends system solutions/architectures to support existing and future business needs
• Design and deploy assigned infrastructure applications
• Responsible for producing and updating assigned application diagrams and all applicable
• documentation, including procedures and configuration information
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and completely at the OS, software and application levels of assigned applications
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs in new and existing code
• Must meet all mandatory annual training requirements as specifically applicable to this position
• Monitor entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to deliver high quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development efficiency and product innovation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to
• addressing technical challenges
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have proof of right to work in the specific designation
• Must be able to converse in English
• Excellent knowledge of programming in .NET & .NETCore, Oracle, SQL
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Exemplify strong knowledge of technical protocols and best practices
• Should have a strong moral code and sense of ethics
• Awareness of latest tools & technologies
• Critical problem-solving ability
