Asp.Net Mvc Team leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET MVC Team Leader to develop and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in .NET technologies, a strong background in ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, and SQL Server, along with leadership skills to manage a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing ASP.NET MVC-based web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure high-quality code and application performance through code reviews and best practices
• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and track progress to meet delivery deadlines
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, Web Services, and database interactions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, scalability, and security
• Work with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements
• Stay updated with the latest .NET trends and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Core, and Web API development.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure web applications.
• Expertise in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Education :

UG: BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
