Everyone sorrounding is like a family member.There are some quoterly training programs which keeps us aware about the environment.The job security depends on an individual performance as well as orders from clients,but besides everyone feels safe.The joy global salary is above average.Never had any travel experience with the company.Its a parastatal company which doesn’t involve itself in political activities besides supporting the ruling government.Everyone is free to go to school since funds are always available for those who want to upgrade their carriers.The work environment is very upto standard,Safety first before attempting any job task.To those who want to work much overtime,their lives won’t balance since most of the jobs are always behind/breakdowns.But however no one is forced to work after hours...Read More

The cost of living is high soo financial freedom is a bit challenging in the country.Which means the company must also adjust salaries to balance the inflation rate.no politics involved,we work safe though incidents occur here and there.No racial acts since it’s a company policy that anyone caught practicing it will be prosecuted with immediate effect.Everone is free to learn using company funds
