Its like working in Government office, If you cant say no to work they will burden with everything's especially Top managements people. No Name of increments dont expect 10-30% Increment they will provide only 5% to 7 % If you ask for increment then only they will think to provid you. if you dont ask they will not provide salary also! H.r feedbacks are worst they dont provide any type of support, they dont follow Government norms for salary structure....Read More
