Plenty of learning opportunities, tons of projects, lost of people, lots of variety, lots of avenues for any one wanting to learn, regardless of experiences and area of interest. I see it as more positive than negative. We have to deal with the good and the bad. It is difficult to change any projects, some times it seems easier to change a company, there are policies around it. but it is not a good thing if you have to run to HR all the time, the salary does not match the market standards as per your expertise, the compensation is high even if you spend all your time and energy to make the projects successful. put it on is not different. Promotion is not driven by your effort but mostly by years of experience...Read More

we are working daily more then 8 hours' due to not able to complete the set target and this is affecting our mental health. i think you can understand this things much better
