The organization always support their employees, salary we get in time they have process trainer who give proper training and after completing certification they put you in ramp up after that only we have to start production ... The senior manager always ask the new joiners will you need extra time for training .Thank Medryte

Can be in home town. The owner Mr. Sujin looks quite kind hearted TL Sankar is such a good person who helps in all situations.

First and foremost thing is we need to sign a bond for one year. So we cat put paper when the start screwing us. The manager is un educated the literacy rate is near to zero No ethic culture Let me explain my self It's a startup filled with greedy peoples Everyone need to maintain a client but the client will be big enough which can be maintained atleast with two peoples. For any emergency leaves we need to beg like anything We need to mail every thing help and all request but they never even open the and also irritate to put more mails for vain. If they sent a mail we need to reply with in 2 hours. The manager will be next to us but he will reach us only with mail which will be visible to all our team for silly reasons like attentance correction. Fully monopoly management. If we facing deadlines they won't understand us and make more deadlines to irritate us. They never reach us neither accept our request untill a problem occurs from client side then they start shouting like lunatic. Some crazy TLs always ruins ever when we give good ideas to solve the problems If we give good suggestions to improve the rcm they never mind and the will give the same rectification and get the credits. For such a silly reasons also they pep to show their superiority. Morning we will come to job aftersoon very cool they will say u been fired with no salary for that month. The owner,s wife Priya such a hard core heartless creature fully monopoly. One saying is there in Tamil Rose garland in monkey's hand. Thn comes a Hr Such a toy of Priya when she give key she will run. No idea why she has a MBA in HR.
