It is difficult to change any projects, some times it seems easier to change a company, there are policies around it. but it is not a good thing if you have to run to HR all the time, the salary does not match the market standards as per your expertise, the compensation is high even if you spend all your time and energy to make the projects successful. put it on is not different.
