partiality to employees narrow minded management will give extra work to employees However that's fine Unfortunately they don't understand one's personal problem may exceed if taht person refuse to do extra work/time , only expectations of extra work and time from eployee However forget easily that same employee also expect expectations like incentive , allowance etc etc

The senior CXO management is superb, they understand markets, skill and business opportunities. They arrest the growth in time and make it work for them. 1. Management is really in a dilemma that if they keep their focus on just one process all the time and neglecting other then all things will be well handled. Now, they will question us for our capabilities that should they consider their LEADS not capable enough to handle the processes in their absence?
