1.) If you've got the learning zeal then this place is literally a learning playground for you as your superior would never interrupt in your projects. 2.) Technology (physical security) is world class so great hands on experience. 3.) Above average salary hike when you make the switch here.

1.) Spineless top leadership. 2.) Security team operates on 3rd party pay roll so no job security and yes you will be treated like vendor (so dont spend more than a year here). 3.) 6 days rotational shift during times when 5 days is literally becoming a norm. 4.) The term "Supervisor" for an Assistant Manager level position ruins your resume. 5.) Next to no promotion policy unless you belong to specific cadre/ group. 6.) YoY hike is crap. 7.) No likes at all can’t say anything. Global employes are much empathic than India, newly appointed directors are not suitable and empathic enough.

No HR policy at all, leave policies are also pathetic still maintained that factory culture. As no HR policy managers do whatever they want . Specially newly appointed managers give mental torture to employes , always make feel inferior and no job security at all.
