Great working culture, flexible working and on time tallent recognisation and promotion. Supportive management and free hand to take decision.

Some of working method need to improve and imlone with global standards. Rest are word class facilities and systems.

No likes at all can’t say anything. Global employes are much empathic than India, newly appointed directors are not suitable and empathic enough.

No HR policy at all, leave policies are also pathetic still maintained that factory culture. As no HR policy managers do whatever they want . Specially newly appointed managers give mental torture to employes , always make feel inferior and no job security at all.
