Culture of the company is good but middle management, like Manager are very mean mentality and selfish.

Dislikes

Middle management like managers they can go to beyond the thinking of anyone to meet their selfishness.. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't listen to the issues being raised by lower level employees. There is no standard of work. And there is no work life balance.

It was terrible and there was no balance in work and personal life, no body is ready to listen to the issues being raised. There is no training schedule or plan for the employees. We have to take care of so many things

Work culture is outstanding, there is satisfactory work-life balance. Other facilities like transportation, food, benefits are at par with other companies.

Dislikes

Only remuneration is the problem. Old employees are not getting hikes and new employees with less experience are hired at higher salaries. This gap has become so significant that is has whitewashed other positives of the company.

No likes at all can’t say anything. Global employes are much empathic than India, newly appointed directors are not suitable and empathic enough.

Dislikes

No HR policy at all, leave policies are also pathetic still maintained that factory culture. As no HR policy managers do whatever they want . Specially newly appointed managers give mental torture to employes , always make feel inferior and no job security at all.
