Too much politics and inefficient mgt specially in India. They are talking about ethics but in actual this is only on papers . Mgt is not at all supportive and the hiring is based on references not based on skills. At top level they are violating all process and SOP’s . There is a appraisal fixing , like one person in team will get promotion other will get employee of the year and the other will get the good ratings and all these should be manager lickers. HR is sleeping HR not at all take participate in appraisals, ratings and skill development . In HR are earning huge and doing nothing. Completely fail HR. No likes at all can’t say anything. Global employes are much empathic than India, newly appointed directors are not suitable and empathic enough.

No HR policy at all, leave policies are also pathetic still maintained that factory culture. As no HR policy managers do whatever they want . Specially newly appointed managers give mental torture to employes , always make feel inferior and no job security at all.
