Iam working in Johnson controls since 1.6years as a Fresher.I enjoyed the challenges of problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a asolution and I enjoy my workplaces collaborative environment and i got the opportunity to learn different technology and skills from talented and passionate team lead and team members.

Job Insecurity & Instability - Two mass layoff’s in last 6-8 months. Constant fear of being fired. One may get fired here even on his 1st month of joining in cost-cutting layoff drives. Poor Leadership & No Strategy- Directionless decision making & lack of strategy. Lack of clear vision for growth. Business Sell-offs - Selling key businesses. E.g HVAC, Air Distribution etc. Very High Employee Attrition Rate - People joins and leaves like anything. In just 1 year you will see that a team faces gets changed completely, which ultimately impacts on project timelines. None of the project completes on time. Policies not that good - No paternity leaves, capping on expense in relocation policy etc. Hazardous & Unhealthy Work Environment- People doing product testing’s on their desks which causing lot of noise and affecting other employees on floor. This will impact hearing ability & mental health of employees in long term. Acting as a support center for their US Office - No/Little ownership to Indian employees. Just do what they are telling you to do, no need to put your own mind. There is little to no scope of learning because all managers are well known each other before joining the JCI in specific BSNA part. For learning or professional growth with in the BSNA segment as the HR and leadership lack of professionalism across the BSNA. HR, instead of acting as an impartial body, merely follows the directive of unprofessional leader, further exacerbating the situation. This lack of independent thought and critical analysis undermines both employee confidence and organisational integrity, making the environment unproductive and misaligned with growth and development goals....Read More

The management and HR team in BSNA segment appears to lack of professionalism and independence. Instead of taking unbiased and comprehensive approach, HR seems to be blindly following managers instructions without critically analysing situations. They rely on assumptions and personal perceptions rather than thoroughly examining facts and addressing issues objectively. The management in BSNA, at the GBC location, JCI also seems disconnected and misaligned, further contributing to inefficiency and lack of relevance in decisions making processes.
