Company gurgaon culture is very poor. They have lots of favourism and they hide the deliver the knowledge to new person..Very difficult to new person to adjust. They hire the people just to get money form stakeholders...

Metaaya team culture is very bad...lots of poltics... incorrect knowledge to newbie - why they do so just to stretch the work timing and let you down in review...aim to get more more time show to stakeholders for making money

Work life balance is amazing, Company location is good.

Dislikes

Johnson controls is full of politics. Here, managers have powers which they use to bully those who are under them. Work pressure is very high. No facilities like good cafeteria, free food, extra curricular activities, Gymnasium

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
