The management is full of scraps of Accenture's and Genpacts who were the supervisors in their previous organisation are the Deputy general managers and and pds have joined as Managers and deputy managers. What people management skills to expect from them ....

2 years of experience people are managing team and 5 to 7 years people are general managers. With no people management skills and pathetic attitude.

Basic facilities are okay but job security is a major concern. Frequent restructuring, role changes and managements failure to show profitability affects overall company performace which ultimately dents the business performance.

Dislikes

Frequent restructuring is a major concern. People are moved roles a lot and thus not able to attain stability. Learning is zero which is again major challenge. Promotions are purely on the basis of who you know in the management and not on the basis of skills and experience. Baisness is one of the major factor in promotions.
