Money isn't too bad to start with, insurance policies are good, great for someone who wants to sit back ,relax and who does not feel the need to settle once and for all.

Dislikes

Worst management, no streamline flow of HR processes, little to no transparency, men dominated workplace, old technologies that even Microsoft provides no help documentation for, no growth prospect, disrespectful HR who'll treat you like a morsel of dirt, you'll never receive an answer from an HR until you don't loop in a senior HR in the mail.

1. The management of JCI Gurgaon does not have leadership skills. They lack focus, growth and commitment. Same people have been working for decades and they take the company as their own. 2. There is little to no scope of learning because all managers are well known each other before joining the JCI in specific BSNA part. For learning or professional growth with in the BSNA segment as the HR and leadership lack of professionalism across the BSNA. HR, instead of acting as an impartial body, merely follows the directive of unprofessional leader, further exacerbating the situation. This lack of independent thought and critical analysis undermines both employee confidence and organisational integrity, making the environment unproductive and misaligned with growth and development goals....Read More

The management and HR team in BSNA segment appears to lack of professionalism and independence. Instead of taking unbiased and comprehensive approach, HR seems to be blindly following managers instructions without critically analysing situations. They rely on assumptions and personal perceptions rather than thoroughly examining facts and addressing issues objectively. The management in BSNA, at the GBC location, JCI also seems disconnected and misaligned, further contributing to inefficiency and lack of relevance in decisions making processes.
