The new flagship product jci is working on is amazing. The team is open minded and ready to learn and is agile.

Dislikes

Some projects are very good how ever there are couple of projects where the environment is not suitable with the current changes with respect to mindset this introduces toxicity and the managers do not wish to take any action as those people have been in the project for very long.

It has been filled with exiting work..

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
