The culture set by Johnson and Johnson in US is completely different from which is being followed in India. In India you are just made to follow the same for namesake, for everything else, you need to have a godfather to promote you, save you and safeguard you. # Something in mind, some other thing in heart & mouth. # Improper and Biased management in JnJ India . # Your own people would disown you, once they are into a position in some other division. # Pharma people are not even considered for the role in Surgical division. # Job Security - if you are in HO - mumbai - you are secured, if not only god can provide you that security. # Salary and other compensation are best in the industry but there is discrimination across the division on the same. # Politics - you can chose some best of the politicians from the HO.. # Whichever policies JnJ global initiated is truly the best in the industry, no one can even think of that. you get the encouragement to give your 100% for the company. but the way management & HR ,in India are going to treat you is something different. Zero work life balance. If you are in sales, you have no life and on ground employees are treated like puppets. They don’t want to make their employees lives easy and the management which think of themselves like gods just because they have been in the company for decades treat you like they own you. Either get a role higher up or just don’t. Because higher up money is good.There is no culture. Don’t know why the HR exists. Company has no culture. People are selfish and think about their targets and there is no culture of collaboration but of intense competition.
