Johnson and Johnson has got wonderful working culture environment. There are no. of opportunities for career growth. In J&J there are many wonderful teams and team mates. Innovations and continous improvement is an on going process here. There are many training programmes held at site. One get to learn a lot here.

Job security and policies are great. It's one of few companies which covers a good amount of paternity and maternity leaves.

Unfortunately, the management has gone in wrong hands and people are threatened about their jobs. Externally it looks like a good organisation with rich culture towards employees. But the work culture in India is as good as any other Indian company. Management has threatened and demoralised employees over their jobs over human errors. Work resource management is pathetic as you'd often find folks working late till midnight. The expectation from management is to stretch and it leads to an employee doing jobs of 5 to 6 employees. Zero work life balance. If you are in sales, you have no life and on ground employees are treated like puppets. They don’t want to make their employees lives easy and the management which think of themselves like gods just because they have been in the company for decades treat you like they own you. Either get a role higher up or just don’t. Because higher up money is good.There is no culture. Don’t know why the HR exists. Company has no culture. People are selfish and think about their targets and there is no culture of collaboration but of intense competition.
