Engineering Managers and people who have been in JohnDeere for long period of time, these guys are ruining the environment. Quality of work is zero, arrogance at top, always doing patch work. Nobody is there to scrutinize them.

Salary offered is less. Notice period is 3 months. Appraisal cycle is October to November. Salary increment will start from March only. Manager exploit senior engineer and will use your work to promote themselves. Lots of toxic politics in office.
