It’s a good training ground for a fresh graduate to learn the tools of the trade in recruiting or business development (sales). This is my first job and I must say that this company helped me to communicate well with others.

Dislikes

too much micromanaging from the ceo, no competitive benefits, no additional allowances, unsanitary and unhealthy working environment, they should increase the salary and add more benefits.

Work Details

My current job helped me to embrace new responsibility and it widened my network. I’m working now as a Documentation Associate but my previous job was as Field Resource Associate that really made me stressful.

Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months. I've been applying for analyst roles at junior/mid-level positions open to hybrid and remote setups. Certifications I’ve done so far include CEH, CCNA, AWS Practitioner, and Splunk Essentials.
