My seniors listen to my ideas and the whole team works together. We all support each other and work together to offer creative feedback and then make our ideas the reality, even a small thing done by me is appreciated here and it motivates.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
