Learning something new everyday. Lot of workload comes with that. People are professional, no body cares about your personal life. 2 days in a week wfh is good considering Bangalore traffic.

Higher management is not sure of the direction hence making middle managers work headlessly. Even the clarity of task is not given till the bottom level. Urgencies created for no reason and toxic work culture and working on weekends is seen as norm. People in organization for a very long time refuse to help new comers.
