One of the worst companies with no work-life balance, rampant office politics, and no growth opportunities for hardworking employees. The HR management is poor, and the workplace is dominated by families. If you search for one surname, you'll find at least five people with that name. If you and your family want to work together at the same place, this is the company for you.

I like the best about my job with Jocata is that a primary responsibility involves interacting with employees on all levels of the organization and across all functional areas. I love that I get to learn new things about the company/business/market/modules/etc everyday. Jocata has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, and there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.
