Independent way of working, can work at your own flexible time, since it is a part time role they pay on time without any delay, client's are good which helps you in getting good closure

Sometimes it's rat race since every one re working on the same requirements, some team leaders does not listen rather they are focused on getting profiles

Since it was a part time you need to spend only 4 to 5 hrs per day . So work life balance is there.
