I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Atmosphere, Not at all airy. Hygiene was not up to the mark. When they have such a huge, dedicated, smart, sharp strength of employees. They must switch to upper floors. Apart from me others were also affected. May be due to career stage they do not give it much importance ( Hygiene).
