None whatsoever. I really gave them 6-7 weeks of time to make it work but they are simply not worth associating with.

They have no established processes that have proven to work (although they claim it works). There's no transparency - other franchises will allow you to deal directly with the client, but these guys won't let you anywhere near the client in the name of "training" - which raises some massive alarm bells. No matter how hard you work, it's not good enough - not because you are doing anything wrong, but because they are using you to make money and finding excuses to not to pay you by undermining everything you do. There's no team - there's just 2 people really. 1) Ashwith Shetty - this guy lures in unsuspecting victims into the franchise trap 2) Pranay Singh - comes in for the kill - if you want to feel worthless and be put down for just being someone who is associated with JobJabs - this is your man. Well established process and they dont compromise on that. Also training are fantastic with the step wise elaboration. Complete support from the ops team also help me in Hr coordination
