It's like a start up so we do lot of experiments and try to bring out the best. We have free hand in terms of taking decisions, make changes in process and most importantly get credit of success and learning from mistakes.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
