One of the worst company,I hv never seen in life.There is no point to like this company

This is a baseless company.Owner is a marwadi person,who don't tolerate odia community people.He is not convinced what to do what not to do.every month all staff changes starting from housekeeping to sales manger.Owner don't allow to understand the work.If any candidate joins as a sales manger,within 6 days ,he has to face 2 top reviews.owner will ask to do a list of work on time basis which need to mail every day basis,Lots of unnecessary,useless docs are asked to maintain,he needs all mail incominh,outgoing,attachment printout,through used paper,Being manager who joins ,he has to take care of his toilet cleaning,swarage cleaning also,all cleaning,sweeping work has to b done by manager.Manger has to do all work,cashier,accountant,MIS,Sales man in a sole responsible single hand only....Read More
