Its a great Company specially for Freshers. It provides a great opportunities to learn. Company provides various trainings online and offline if you are working in departments like PMG (Planning and Billing), EHS & QA/AC. For execution staff they don't provide Much trainings. Salary is average as compered to other constructions companies. organization provides Job security but one should at least be able to do few works assigned to him. Accommodations, food and transport for people working at sites are provided by the company. Company is well structured and organized. Dislikes

Working hours are more even for Planning and billing departments. Higher management take a lot of review meetings but no concrete decisions is made in these meetings. A lot of decisions are kept pending at higher level for long time which suffer work at site level. System is very complex and lengthy, it is goof to control the project but to run that system they always try to find low salary employees who does not have that much skills to work in such a systematic environment. they do not focus to retain their old employees, instead of providing them a good hike they always prefer a new option....Read More
