Very cooperative trust as well as teaching staff. The trust have clear vision for innovation in teaching. Compared to location this is one of the best schools who provides quality education in English medium. 100 percent result in SSC Board for consecutive 5 years.

Sometimes over involvement of management in small decisions making process.

Teaching staff was highly motivated and cooperative. Always ready to learn new things. There was a good team and sense of team work under my leadership.

Dislikes

Compare to my qualifications, experience and output of work, the salary structure was very law. Too much involvement of upper management in every trivial academic as well as admin work. As a result it was very difficult for me to make proper decision. Less understanding of academic process among the trustees because of less literatetrustees. Less freedom was given in work environment. No written structure of rules and regulations to run the administration of school. My main responsibility was to manage pre-primary, primary and secondary division of school having strength of about 350 students and 22 teaching staff. To improve in quality of education and teachers' motivation. Participate in staff recruitment process
