You have to be on field on 2 wheelers and the regional Manager wants to boss you and kneel down for her failure. You have to Travel in this scorching heat and yet reply to all client mails. Each guy has 60 plus sites to manage.

Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

In the month where fog levels are high they force employees to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. 1. Favrotism in team by manager specially for female employees. 2. Hike is mostly around 2 to 3 percentage or sometimes no hike. 3. Can't get promotion if your colleagues are working here for morethan 10 years, what wever you will do, how much you have appreciation, nothing will count, all benifits will go to old employees and specially female employees. 4.
